Our Non‑Voting Advisors are community supporters, coaches, athletes, program administrators, and more. They bring valuable insight, experience, and perspective to the Eagan Ultimate Frisbee Foundation. These individuals share our belief in the power of Ultimate to build connection, character, and belonging — and they lend their voices to help strengthen the work we do for athletes and families in the Eagan area.
Advisors participate in discussions, offer guidance, and help the Foundation stay aligned with its mission, all while serving in a non‑voting capacity. Their involvement expands our reach, deepens our understanding of community needs, and ensures that EUFF continues to grow with integrity, transparency, and the spirit of collaboration.
Advisors are not required to attend board meetings, but are always invited. Beyond meetings, advisors remain connected to the mission and purpose of EUFF on the sidelines, in our GroupMe, and more. They receive no compensation for their service. Reimbursements are provided only for approved expenses that support the Foundation’s work. Their willingness to contribute time, expertise, and passion reflects the same spirit of giving back that defines Ultimate — keeping our organization grounded, inclusive, and community‑focused.
Harrison Grommesch brings exceptional passion, leadership, and vision to the Eagan Ultimate Frisbee Foundation. At just 13 years old, he launched Hammertime EUFC, a youth‑focused Ultimate initiative built on a simple mission: to give every kid in Eagan the chance to play Ultimate for free. What began as a grassroots idea quickly grew into a thriving community program that continues to introduce new athletes to the sport and strengthen Ultimate’s presence across the city.
As the founder and director of Hammertime, Harrison has led clinics, organized events, and created welcoming spaces where young players can learn, grow, and discover the joy of Ultimate. His commitment to accessibility and community impact reflects the very spirit that EUFF strives to uphold.
Harrison is also an accomplished athlete. He is an active member of Eagan Ultimate Frisbee: WUFDA team, where he was elected Varsity Captain following his freshman year — a role he continues to hold. He has been recognized as a team MVP, earned All‑Conference honors, and competed at a high level with Minnesota Ultimate’s U17 Superior Team.
Whether he’s building programs, mentoring youth, or competing on the field, Harrison leads with integrity, enthusiasm, and a deep love for the sport. His perspective as both a player and a community builder makes him an invaluable advisor to the Eagan Ultimate Frisbee Foundation.
