Board Meetings & Agendas

The Eagan Ultimate Frisbee Foundation Board meets regularly to guide the mission, programs, and long‑term vision of the organization. Our meetings are open to the community, and we welcome parents, players, volunteers, and supporters who wish to stay informed or participate in public comment.

Our calendar below lists all scheduled Board Meetings, including dates, times, and locations. Meetings typically follow Roberts Rules of Order and include updates on programs, finances, events, and organizational planning.

Proposed Agenda

Each meeting includes a proposed agenda to help attendees understand what will be discussed.  The posted agenda may be updated prior to the meeting as new items arise or scheduling changes occur.

Community Participation

We value transparency and community involvement. Guests are welcome to attend Board Meetings, listen to discussions, and participate during designated public comment periods. If you have an item you’d like the Board to consider, please contact us in advance so it can be added to a future agenda.
